The administrative proceedings for terminating employment contracts (collective redundancy), temporarily suspending employment contracts or temporarily reducing the working day, for economic, technical, organisational or production reasons, or force majeure. Collective redundancies must be approved by the administration, by formalising a labour force adjustment plan (ERO).
